Royal Oak/Cordova Bay/Prospect (CHSA 4131) is 47 km² in size and is a community located on the Saanich Peninsula within the District of Saanich. It is comprised of the neighbourhoods of Prospect Lake, Elk Lake, Beaver Lake, Cordova Bay, and Royal Oak. Geographical features include Rithet's Bog, Observatory Hill, Sayward Beach, and Bear Hill.[1]
