Nanaimo North/Lantzville (CHSA 4243) is 49 km² in size and is an area north of the city of Nanaimo, located on the east coast of Vancouver Island. It is comprised of the District Municipality of Lantzville, Nanaimo neighbourhoods of Wellington and Dover, as well as the community of Nanoose First Nation.
