It is comprised of the neighbourhood of Cascade Heights, South Slope, Suncrest, Garden Village, Metrotown, and Burnaby. Major establishments include Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery, British Columbia Institute of Technology, Burnaby City Hall, Burnaby Police Station, and Burnaby General Hospital.
